Living a happy life is easy if you stick to the basics. A happy life has many advantages and you will have peace of mind if you know how to lead a simple life.

10. Learn to appreciate yourself
You do not need to be critical of yourself all the while. Learn to appreciate yourself and enjoy all that comes your way.

Do not be too much judgmental on what all others say to you. Learn to take things in your stride and you will make a good friend to others.
8. Meditate and Relax
Meditate daily as this does have a relaxing effect on the body. You can begin with simple exercises and progress with time. Devote at least 10 minutes to relaxation and you will get to explore within.
7. Let go of the Past
Let go of your past as this can create trouble in your present life. Learn to look ahead and make the most of the present scenario.
