The best course to get over this unusual situation is to have fixed off hours from the work. You can alternatively take fixed breaks from work and notify the timings to your staff too. This will create a professional ambiance in your work space and you will feel happy at work.
5. You work until late hours
Working without proper planning has a big side effect in the form that you often have to sit until late hours to complete assignments that could have been covered well within the working hours.
